Kevin Shepherd receives Excellence in Writing Award from ABA Magazine

Kevin Shepherd received the 2013 Excellence in Writing Award for the Best Technology/Law Practice Management Article for Probate & Property, the bi-monthly magazine publication of the ABA Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law. Kevin’s article was entitled “Ethically Speaking. . . Just What Are My Obligations under the Gatekeeper Initiative?,” which appeared in the September/October 2013 issue of the magazine.
