Rick Joyce will discuss "Liability for All: The Conundrum of Protecting Electronic Privacy in a Pervasively Electronic World."

The 2007 Valparaiso Law Review Symposium will tackle pertinent topics regarding privacy concerns surrounding email, the Internet, cell phones and other emerging technology. Specifically, the discussion will examine constitutional issues and how existing law is currently addressing such issues as cell phone tracking, web searches, and wire tapping.
