Stewart Webb is a litigator who focuses on complex civil litigation, corporate governance and investigations, securities class action defense, antitrust, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and employee benefits class action defense. Stewart represents law firms, corporations, and institutions in intellectual property, securities law, professional malpractice, and employee benefits litigation. He also works with directors and officers on negotiating and structuring directors and officers (D&O) liability insurance coverage.

Stewart has handled shareholder litigation against directors for breach of fiduciary duty claims, ERISA cases, and claims under the False Claims Act (FCA). He has tried cases in U.S. federal and state courts as first-chair counsel. He represented several law firms in malpractice actions related to patent prosecutions, third-party opinion letters, tax advice, real estate development, and conflicts of interest.
