While an FTC Northeast Regional Director, Mr. Cohn appeared in more than 120 local, regional and national news stories and gave more than 220 speeches and presentations to consumer and business groups, government agencies and others addressing consumer protection topics.  Since joining Venable, he has spoken at conferences on cyber-risk insurance and promotional marketing, and taught a CLE course on hot topics in advertising law.
