Brent Procida is a member of the firm’s Business Division and focuses on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and general litigation. 

Mr. Procida’s diverse background practicing in both New York and Maryland allows him to draw on a wide range of experience in seeking to address the needs of each client.

Significant Matters

Mr. Procida has recently represented CWCapital Asset Management in connection with several hotel bankruptcies and lender liability litigation. Mr. Procida has also recently represented Orix Capital Markets in a workout of a defaulted mortgage loan on a major outlet mall, several preference defendants in the bankruptcy of Merry-Go-Round Enterprises and a prominent indenture trustee in a multi-million dollar bond litigation.
