Carl F. Ehrhardt
Carl Ehrhardt is a staff attorney in Venable's litigation practice. He has significant experience in company document review and analysis, fact investigation and management, and deposition and trial team support. As part of a Venable team defending major, nationwide pharmaceutical products liability litigation, he has developed a detailed understanding of the scientific, business and regulatory processes involved in drug development and marketing.
Prior to joining Venable, Mr. Ehrhardt represented clients of a nonprofit HIV/AIDS service agency in Baltimore. Prior to law school, he worked as medical-scientific marketing coordinator for a major academic publisher.
