Catherine M. Guastello
Catherine Guastello is a member of the firm's Business Division and focuses on bankruptcy and creditors' rights and commercial litigation. Ms. Guastello has represented commercial creditors, lending institutions, individuals, and commercial landlords in a wide range of matters, including stay relief actions, preference actions, fraudulent conveyance actions, claims litigation, lease enforcement, and contract disputes.
Activities
Ms. Guastello is a member of the Board for the Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law Alumni Association and is a volunteer for the Arizona Justice Project, which provides legal assistance for inmates with claims of actual innocence or manifest injustice.
