Charles E. Guidry
Charles Guidry is a member of the Real Estate practice group. Mr. Guidry has significant experience in financing transactions, including issues related to the securitization of commercial loans. Mr. Guidry also represents investors in connection with the acquisition and disposition of investment property. Mr. Guidry assists clients in resolving title issues, drafting and negotiating both loan documents and land assemblage documents.
