David H. Karceski
David Karceski is a member of the firm’s state and local government practice group and counsels the firm's clients on land use matters.
Mr. Karceski assists clients in obtaining zoning and development approvals in Baltimore County and Baltimore City. In addition, he has experience in contract and procurement law matters.
