Deborah Feinblum focuses her practice on a wide variety of intellectual property matters, including intellectual property litigation, trademark prosecution, and patent prosecution.  Working with intellectual property holders to protect their rights and manage clients’ intellectual property portfolios, she has drafted licensing agreements, asset purchase agreements, and conducted due diligence related to the acquisition of intellectual property.

Ms. Feinblum’s experience also includes patent, trade secret, and copyright litigation, as well as all aspects of discovery and motion practice.

Ms. Feinblum also has experience in domain name disputes, specifically arbitrating cases for complainants under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).
