Jason Sayers
Associate

Jason Sayers is a litigation associate in the firm's Product and Personal Injury Group. He has experience in handling products liability and insurance coverage litigation, and has worked on matters at all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Sayers focuses his practice on complex commercial and pharmaceutical litigation. As part of a team of Venable attorneys serving as national or regional counsel on behalf of several international pharmaceutical companies, Mr. Sayers has been responsible for coordinating national strategy and defense efforts with local counsel, interviewing company witnesses and preparing them for deposition, assisting in document collection and production efforts, taking and defending fact witness deposition, analyzing scientific literature and preparing counsel for expert witness depositions, and researching and briefing defense oppositions to class certification efforts. Mr. Sayers has also served as local counsel in a number of commercial litigation matters.

Mr. Sayers is committed to providing pro bono representation to plaintiffs and defendants in various litigation matters. He is one of three Venable attorneys involved with the pro bono representation of a group of visually-impaired Maryland voters, on whose behalf a lawsuit was filed to protect the right of all Maryland voters to independently cast a secret ballot.
