Significant Matters

Disposition of various branded hotels through portfolio sales, sales of membership interests, and individual hotel sales, including preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and closing documents, coordinating closing, and all aspects of title and survey review.

Acquisition of various types of properties throughout the country, including the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, financing agreements and closing documents, coordinating closing, and all aspects of title and survey review.

Preparation and negotiation of leases, on behalf of both landlord and tenant, including space leases for industrial, warehouse, retail and office space, and wireless communications facilities. 

Acquisition and redevelopment of a large urban area by a private corporation working closely with various state and local agencies and private developers, including preparation and negotiation of acquisition, development, financing, and other agreements with municipalities, developers, and owners.

Representing lenders in all aspects of modification/work-out of various types of securitized loans, including representing various special servicers in the modification of 60 loans with an aggregate original principal balance of approximately $600 million.
