Jennifer A. Pratt

Ms. Pratt assists clients with estate planning, charitable giving, and business continuity planning while minimizing estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax exposure. She is experienced in the administration of decedent’s estates and the preparation of wills, trusts, both revocable and irrevocable, durable powers of attorney, advance directives and the incorporation and application for exemption for Private Foundations. Ms. Pratt assists clients and business owners with  business succession planning and documents related to business tax planning. Ms. Pratt is also experienced in drafting Pre-Marital Agreements and Post-Marital Agreements.

Ms. Pratt worked for a national bank for five years selling investment products and trust services. Ms. Pratt is very experienced with estate administration, preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns, as well as fiduciary income tax returns. Her sales background provides a unique ability to relate to clients and communicate with them effectively about their concerns and objectives, as well as understanding the financial products and vehicles that the clients utilize.
