Jennifer Birchfield is an associate in the Tax and Wealth Planning group. She focuses her practice on estate planning and business succession planning for individuals and families. She advises clients on a broad range of estate planning strategies, from the preparation of basic estate plans to more sophisticated tax saving strategies, to achieve each client's objectives while minimizing estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes. In addition, Jennifer advises clients on corporate, partnership, limited liability company and other strategic transactions to facilitate the growth and continued success of such clients' business interests.
