The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) has announced plans to honor Venable partner John Milliken as a champion of housing issues at the organization’s October 19 “Celebrate Affordable Housing” program. Milliken is being cited for his efforts that include service on the County Board from 1981-86 that “helped to solidify the vision to focus growth in Arlington’s transit-rich locations, while looking for public-private options for preserving affordable housing among Arlington’s housing stock.”
