Julia L. Davis
Julia L. Davis is a member of the Commercial Litigation group. She has represented companies in breach of contract and fraud matters as well as securities-related litigation. Ms. Davis has also defended large employers against allegations of federal, state and local equal employment opportunity violations. In addition to her corporate clients, Ms. Davis is a member of the firm’s education litigation team, serving law schools in a recent wave of putative class actions brought by students and alumni claiming consumer fraud.
Prior to her legal career, Ms. Davis was an Associate Director at the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation, an operating foundation focusing on healthcare policy and communications. As a management consultant with The Lewin Group, she worked with clients in the federal government and with both domestic and international charitable foundations.
Activities
While a law student, Ms. Davis served as a researcher in public health with the Associate Director of the Program in Law and Public Affairs at the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University. In addition, she was a law clerk in the Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
