• Representation of the United States Department of the Treasury in connection with the Auto Supplier Support Program, a $5 billion program established to provide suppliers of General Motors and Chrysler with short-term liquidity and credit assurance for trade receivables.
• Metastorm Inc., in its merger with Open Text Corporation.
• Several acquisitions by Allegis Group, Inc., the largest privately held staffing company in the United States.
• Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc., a medical staffing and home health company, in the sale of its CareMax Medical Resources division.
• Ferris, Baker Watts, Incorporated, in its sale to Royal Bank of Canada.
