Laura Springer is an associate in the Corporate Group.  Ms. Springer works with a wide range of clients and focuses on corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, loan financing and technology transfers and licensing.  She represents business entities of all sizes in connection with general corporate governance matters. 

Ms. Springer has experience drafting and structuring corporate transaction documents, including non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements, operating agreements and stockholder agreements.

During law school, Ms. Springer worked as a student attorney at the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau where she represented clients in divorce, custody, landlord-tenant and social security disability law matters.
