Venable partner Lisa Jose Fales has been named one of the nation’s outstanding healthcare antitrust lawyers by Nightingale’s Healthcare News. Only twelve attorneys nationwide were selected for the honor, and this marks the third time Ms. Fales has been named to the distinguished list.
Nightingale’s noted among Ms. Fales' recent accomplishments her defense of a pharmaceutical company in multiple FTC investigations for alleged antitrust violations and a number of related private class action antitrust lawsuits. The publication also recognized her representation of a large healthcare provider and insurer in connection with a DOJ investigation alleging Sherman Act conduct violations.
