Ms. Moche is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group. She focuses her practice on the resolution of complex commercial and business disputes. Ms. Moche represents clients in all phases of litigation in a variety of matters including contract disputes, class action defense, trademark disputes, and the servicing of commercial loans. She has worked in both the state and federal courts. Ms. Moche recently assisted in litigation regarding the ownership of the Atlanta Hawks, the Atlanta Thrashers and the rights to Philips Arena.

While in law school, Ms. Moche lobbied the Maryland legislature to enact legislation requiring the Department of Social Services to promulgate regulations designed to protect foster children from exposure to secondhand smoke. She also served as an intern with the Maryland State Attorney’s Office.
