Matthew Hard is a member of the firm’s Corporate group.  He focuses his practice on general business transactions matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business formation and intellectual property licensing.  Mr. Hard has significant experience in drafting, structuring and negotiating a wide variety of corporate transaction documents, including licensing and distribution, employment, stock purchase and subscription, and operating and shareholder agreements. 

His clients include companies across various industries such as consumer products and services, media and entertainment, and health and fitness. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on entrepreneurial studies, Mr. Hard applies practical knowledge of business studies to better assist his clients in corporate matters.

• Represented an international food and beverage company in connection with the successful sale of a 50% equity interest in the company.
