Michael E. Hall
Michael Hall’s practice focuses on domestic and foreign trademark prosecution, as well as inter partes proceedings before the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Prior to joining Venable, Michael practiced at an intellectual property law firm in California and was an examining attorney at the USPTO, where he examined thousands of trademark applications.
