Molly E. G. Ferraioli
Molly E. G. Ferraioli is a member of Venable’s Business Transactions Group. Ms. Ferraioli’s practice focuses on the representation of hospitals, insurers, medical staffs, and other health care providers. Her practice includes an emphasis on federal and state regulatory and compliance issues, medical staff issues, and the drafting of legal instruments and documents.
Ms. Ferraioli also practices in the area of corporate and general business law.
Activities
During law school, Ms. Ferraioli was a law clerk at the Johns Hopkins Health System Legal Department. Ms. Ferraioli graduated with a concentration in Health Law from the Law and Health Care Program at the University of Maryland School of Law.
Ms. Ferraioli is a member, and also serves as Secretary, of the Executive Committee of Leadership Through Athletics, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation located in Lansdowne, Maryland.
