Nathan S. Koch
Nathan Koch is an associate in Venable's Real Estate practice group. His practice covers a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing. He has worked with clients ranging from institutional investors and pension funds to developers and national property management companies.
Significant Matters
In addition to representing industry-leading institutions in the sale and disposition of distressed assets, Mr. Koch recently advised a client on the acquisition of a portfolio of historic buildings in northern California and regularly assists with international leasing transactions for a publicly-traded software company. Mr. Koch also helped represent a non-profit public charter school in the District of Columbia in connection with a renewal of the lease of its property.
