On March 3, 2010, Sharon Blinkoff, David Adams and Thomas Cohn from Venable LLP, along with Jodi Finder Harris of Colgate-Palmolive Company, will be speaking as part of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law Section of the New York State Bar Association's breakfast seminar to be held at Venable's New York Office in Rockefeller Center.

The panel will discuss recent cases, warning letters and related actions by the FTC and FDA regarding online and other new media advertising and marketing. Issues will include product claims, email and continuity marketing, adwords/keywords, metatags, and social networking.

Registration and breakfast will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the 1.5 MCLE program will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
