Mr. Koffler’s practice covers all areas of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, leasing, sales, sale/leaseback transactions, development and financing. Mr. Koffler works extensively with complex multi-tier joint ventures structures and regularly represents domestic and foreign commercial developers, investors, funds and financial institutions.
