Rebecca Liebowitz's practice focuses on domestic and international trademark prosecution, including searching, registering and enforcing trademarks. She works with both traditional trademarks (including trademarks, service marks, logos, and slogans) as well as non-traditional trademarks (including trade, dress and sound marks) for clients in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications providers, banking and financial services, restaurants, non-profit organizations, green technology, cosmetics and educational services. Ms. Liebowitz has also assisted clients with administrative proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, registering and policing domain names, Custom's recordation, and copyright matters.

As the group's Trademark Administrator for more than eight years before becoming an attorney, Ms. Liebowitz has cultivated relationships with an extensive network of contacts and associates worldwide, helping to protect and enforce clients' trademark rights. She manages large international portfolios and regularly counsels clients on best filing strategies under both the Madrid Protocol filing system and national filing systems. Ms. Liebowitz also advises on trademark licensing and recordation requirements throughout the world.
