Ms. Revich's practice includes the representation of chapter 11 debtors, creditors' committees, secured creditors, hedge funds, chapter 11 trustees, and examiners on matters across the U.S.  Most recently, she represented the Examiner appointed in the jointly administered bankruptcy cases of Extended Stay, Inc., et al., who played a critical role in investigating the 2007 leveraged buyout of the Extended Stay hotel chain.  In addition, Ms. Revich has represented a secured creditor in a hotly contested local bankruptcy case in which she successfully obtained the dismissal of the bankruptcy case on behalf of her client.

Prior to joining Venable, Ms. Revich was a bankruptcy and restructuring associate at both Stutman, Treister & Glatt P.C. and the Phoenix office of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP.  Ms. Revich was also a judicial extern for the Honorable Charles G. Case II of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.
