Rob Hoffman is partner-in-charge of Venable’s Towson, Maryland office. Rob assists real estate development clients with land-use, zoning, and other government regulations in Baltimore County that impact real estate development. Rob has in-depth familiarity with administrative approval processes in Baltimore County and Baltimore City, enabling him to facilitate land use and permit approvals for his clients’ major economic investments, and bring ambitious development plans to fruition.
