Sarah H. B. Kahl
Sarah Kahl is an associate in the firm's Tax and Wealth Planning Group. She focuses her practice on trusts, estates and non-profit entities.
Ms. Kahl is experienced in a variety of tax saving strategies such as grantor retained annuity trusts, life insurance trusts, sales to grantor trusts, and private annuities. She also assists clients in tax planning with monetization techniques such as a variable prepaid forward.
Ms. Kahl helps clients leave charitable legacies, for example, through the use of a charitable remainder trust, conservation easements, or the creation and maintenance of a private foundation.
