Scott Richmond focuses his practice on products liability, asbestos defense, construction litigation, commercial law and complex litigation.

Mr. Richmond has significant experience representing construction and manufacturing clients, premises owners and suppliers in products liability and construction cases. In addition, Mr. Richmond has considerable litigation management experience involving clients with large numbers of cases involving common issues. Mr. Richmond has also practiced in a variety of other areas including insurance coverage, breach of contract, wrongful death, mold, and commercial paper cases.

Mr. Richmond has tried numerous cases in Maryland courts, participated in extensive motions practice and has deposed and cross-examined fact and expert witnesses on a wide variety of subject matters.
