Before entering private practice, Ms. Blinkoff has had considerable corporate experience. Ms. Blinkoff served as Division and Regulatory Counsel for Bristol-Myers Squibb and then Revlon. Ms. Blinkoff also served as General Counsel of Ethan Allen Inc. overseeing its transformation from a private to a public company and overseeing the repositioning of the company's marketing strategy as well as the reorganization of its distribution and manufacturing operations. Ms. Blinkoff started her career with the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland, where she managed patent litigation matters as well as matters involving technology transfer.
