Steven A. Adducci
Partner

Steven Adducci focuses his practice on energy and administrative law, with emphasis on natural gas, electricity, oil, and petroleum product regulatory matters and natural gas and oil royalty issues.

Mr. Adducci has advised and handled energy regulatory, compliance, trial, and appellate proceedings associated with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Interior, State Utility Commissions, and federal courts. He also has experience structuring, developing, and drafting documents involving the regulation of energy properties, natural gas, electricity, oil and petroleum product transportation, marketing and natural gas storage and distribution facilities.

Mr. Adducci represents large and small independent exploration and production companies, petroleum product refiners, pipeline companies, natural gas marketer and storage provider, and electric power producers and cooperatives regarding various rate, certificate, and compliance proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Interior, and State Utility Commissions.

Activities

Mr. Adducci is a member of Alexandria, Virginia Chapter of the American Red Cross Board of Directors and has served as general counsel for the Chapter’s Waterfront Festival from 1996-1999 and 2002-present.
