As a former federal law clerk, Ms. Vinson Bentz has particular expertise in federal litigation.  And as a litigator Ms. Vinson Bentz has appeared before various jurisdictions around the country, including federal district courts in California, New Jersey, New York, and Maryland; the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; the International Trade Commission and has on numerous occasions represented clients in the District of Delaware. She also dedicates a substantial amount of her time to pro bono activities.

Ms. Vinson Bentz was part of a team that defended and reached a successful settlement for a biopharmaceutical company, which was the target of an International Trade Commission investigation. She also was part of a team that won summary judgment in the District of Delaware for a biopharmaceutical company, which resulted in judgment in favor of the client on all claims.
