The program will present the "state of the real estate market" from the perspectives of industry leaders and executives. Topics that will be addressed include capital formation (debt and equity), investment criteria (requirements) for different sources of capital, prospects for the debt markets, the dichotomy between seller's expectations and purchaser's appetites, and sources of refinancing.
