Jenny Kim provides general tax advice for businesses and individuals. In addition, Ms. Kim provides strategic advice on federal issues that require representation before Congress, the Treasury Department, or the Internal Revenue Service.
As visiting counsel with the Joint Committee on Taxation, Ms. Kim assisted in drafting numerous legislative proposals and committee reports for the tax writing committees of Congress.
