Ron Jacobs spoke to a meeting of the Trade Association Controller's Network on lobbying cost calculations. The TACN is a group of controllers from some of the largest associations in the Washington area and provides members with an opportunity to share insights. Mr. Jacobs discussed the various definitions of "lobbying" that controllers must consider when dealing with tax issues and lobbying disclosure issues.
