David Karceski was featured in The Baltimore Sun on June 28, 2018, regarding his representation of developer Caves Valley Partners at a community input meeting for the design and development of Towson Station, located at the intersection of York Road and Bosley Avenue in the core of Towson. The land was previously owned by Baltimore County and was conveyed to the developer prior to the CIM.
