Kevin Shepherd presented "Beneficial Ownership Reporting" at a program held on October 11, 2018, at the LLC Institute sponsored by the LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities Committee of the ABA Business Law Section. Kevin’s co-panelists included Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D. R.I.), who has introduced bills dealing with beneficial ownership reporting for various entities and is a strong advocate for beneficial ownership disclosure and corporate transparency.
