Venable recently announced that Bryan Kelly joined the firm's international tax practice as counsel in the Los Angeles office. Kelly joins from Ernst & Young, where he worked as a senior manager in the firm’s International Tax Services Group. He advises both U.S.-based and non-U.S.-based multinational organizations across a variety of industries on federal income tax considerations with respect to various inbound and outbound transactions. He has experience with inbound investment into the United States, repatriation planning, planning for international expansion, structuring for cross-border film financing and distribution arrangements, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
