Dan represents debtors, creditors’ committees, commercial creditors, liquidating agents, lending institutions, individuals, and commercial landlords. His experience includes stay relief, preference, and fraudulent conveyance actions; claims litigation; lease enforcement; contract disputes; and enforcement of creditors’ rights. He also has represented clients in commercial and civil litigation in Delaware state and federal courts, outside of the bankruptcy context.
