Dan O’Brien focuses on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation. Dan represents debtors, creditors’ committees, commercial creditors, liquidating agents, lending institutions, individuals, and commercial landlords. His experience includes stay relief, preference, and fraudulent conveyance actions; claims litigation; lease enforcement; contract disputes; and enforcement of creditors’ rights. He also has represented clients in commercial and civil litigation in Delaware state and federal courts, outside of the bankruptcy context.
