Venable partner Milo Cividanes was quoted in a February 18, 2016 DataGuidance article on the House of Representatives passage of the Judicial Redress Act. Once enacted, the bill will help progress the EU-US Privacy Shield and the Umbrella Agreement, two information sharing agreements between the US and Europe.
