David Karceski represents Real Estate Investment Trust, owners of a Towson shopping center

Venable partner, David Karceski, is representing a Real Estate Investment Trust, owners of a Towson shopping center. Redevelopment of the center has commenced, which will have 154,612 square feet of retail space according to the recent site plan. Karceski, who represents the developer locally, says that new national retailers will be a part of the redevelopment and multiple commercial pad sites are proposed.
