David Karceski serves as moderator for Bisnow’s Baltimore County Boom event

On May 19, 2016, Bisnow featured an article about the Baltimore County Boom event, which had 350 attendees. The event included panel discussions on the state of the Baltimore County real estate market, major development projects, and predictions for the county. Venable partner, David Karceski, served as moderator for the panel that focused, in part, on redevelopment trends. Topics included refurbishment of older mall properties, highly amenitized apartment buildings, and recent and expected developments in the core of Towson that have and will make Towson’s urban environment more walkable and pedestrian-friendly.
