Over the past several months, Venable counsel Gina Zentz has spent around 275 hours of pro bono time helping Jubilee Baltimore develop the property known as 10 E. North Avenue into an education center, which Johns Hopkins University and MICA will use primarily. This project ties to the ongoing revitalization of North Avenue – a critical part of Baltimore City's long-range development plan. JHU and MICA heavily sponsor the development of Baltimore City.
