Heather Foley focuses on complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation involving contract disputes, fraudulent conveyances, and enforcement of creditors' rights. Heather also represents secured parties in all aspects of single-asset real estate, including foreclosures, receiverships, and loan workouts. Heather combines her enthusiasm for the practice of law with an appreciation of the needs of each client, in order to build a strong working relationship.

Heather has successfully litigated matters in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts across the country. In addition to a broad range of litigation experience, she has assisted clients with resolving matters through both mediation and arbitration.
