Ms. Vibbert brings nearly a decade of experience counseling on data security, data protection, risk management issues, and complex litigation
New York, NY (January 4, 2017) – Venable LLP, an American Lawyer Global 100 law firm, announced today that it is expanding its nationally recognized Privacy and Data Security practice with the addition of Jami Mills Vibbert as counsel in the New York office. Ms. Vibbert joins from a solo practice after beginning her legal career at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP.
Ms. Vibbert advises and counsels clients on matters related to data security, data protection, and risk management issues. She conducts comprehensive data security risk assessments and gap analyses, as well as develops and implements data risk solutions and comprehensive breach prevention and incident response programs. She also assists clients on a wide variety of complex litigation, including incident response investigations and litigation, focusing on the healthcare and financial institution industries.

Ms. Vibbert earned her J.D., graduating magna cum laude, from Tulane University School of Law in 2007 and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000.
