Venable partner Juliana Reno was quoted in an article in the July 24, 2017, issue of Law360 about the impact the ACA would have on the health insurance market if it is repealed and not replaced. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., scheduled a vote in the Senate for Tuesday on whether to consider repeal legislation.
"Things that sound like they make sense to a lawmaker, or to you, or to me, don't always make sense to the experts," Reno said.
Regardless of how things shake out, it's clear that the Senate could vote soon to dramatically reshape the nation’s health care system.
