Venable recently announced the addition of Peter Sternberg as partner in the firm's Corporate Group in the New York office. Sternberg focuses his practice on cross-border acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions among entities in the United States and the European Union. He also has significant experience in export control/economic sanctions and in support of international arbitration and litigation. Sternberg represents clients primarily in the manufacturing, technology and fashion industries.
