"Nonprofit and Association Law" at George Mason University

On Tuesday, October 3, 2006, Jonathan Pompan was a guest lecturer for the Introduction to Nonprofit Management course at George Mason University on the topic of "Nonprofit and Association Law." This presentation introduced nonprofit management students to what a nonprofit corporation is; how it is formed, options for organizational structure; operating the corporation; basic tax; and much more.
